With over 10 years of experience in finance, compliance, and investor relations within the private equity and alternative investment sectors, Pratik bring a proven track record of driving financial excellence and regulatory adherence. As a Chartered Accountant and Law graduate, he possess a strong foundation in financial and legal frameworks.
He has spent 8 years at Carpediem Capital, a leading private equity firm, where he spearheaded finance operations, ensured compliance with SEBI and IFSCA regulations, and managed comprehensive investor and regulatory reporting.
He has played a key role in preparation of the fund documents and making registration application with both SEBI and IFSCA.
